Refund Policy

The short version: cancel anytime and keep access until your paid period ends. Payments are not refunded for partial periods.

Cancelling

Open SlabEye, click Membership in the menu, and cancel on Stripe's billing page. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

Membership fees are not refunded for unused time in a month, 6-month or yearly period.
If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or charged after you cancelled, email us and we will refund it.
If the site was down for a long stretch of your paid period, email us and we will make it right.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days.
