Terms of Service

1. What SlabEye is
SlabEye (slabeye.com) is a web tool for collectors. It gathers graded card listings from public marketplaces, estimates what a card sells for at different grades from public sales data, and gives you a private place to track the cards you own. Using the site means you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
2. Not financial advice
Everything on SlabEye is information, not advice. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell, crack, regrade or hold any card. A "return if it hits" or "play" is a calculation that assumes a card comes back at a higher grade, which may not happen. Grading results are uncertain and you can lose money, including the whole price you paid plus grading and shipping costs.
3. Check before you buy
- Prices can be wrong. Sale prices come from third-party data, which can lag the market, mix different versions of a card, or include sales that never completed. Check recent sold prices for the exact card and grade before you buy.
- Cert numbers can be wrong. Always look up the certification number on the grading company's own site (PSA, CGC, TAG or others) and make sure it matches the card, grade and photos in the listing. A listing can show a different slab than the one being sold.
- Listings change. A listing can end, sell or change price at any time. SlabEye checks them on a schedule, not live.
- Photo notes are opinions. Any note about a card's condition comes from listing photos and can miss flaws.
4. Buying happens elsewhere
SlabEye does not sell cards, hold money for purchases, or take part in any sale. When you buy or sell, you deal directly with the marketplace or seller (for example eBay or Fanatics Collect) under their terms. SlabEye is not responsible for those transactions, for sellers, or for grading companies.
5. Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email safe; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person per account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, scrapes or copies the site's data, resells access, or tries to get around limits or security.
6. Membership and billing
The Free plan costs nothing. Paid memberships are $99 a month, $499 every 6 months, or $899 a year, billed in advance through Stripe and renewed automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Membership in the site menu; your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. Prices may change for future periods; we will tell you by email before a change applies to you. Refunds are covered on the Refund Policy page.
7. Acceptable use
Use SlabEye for your own collecting. Do not copy, scrape, republish or resell its listings, prices or analysis, and do not share your account.
8. No warranty, limited liability
SlabEye is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness or availability. To the extent the law allows, SlabEye and its owner are not liable for any loss from using or relying on the site, including money spent on cards, grading or shipping. If SlabEye is found liable anyway, the total is limited to what you paid SlabEye in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Trademarks
SlabEye is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, PSA, CGC, TAG, BGS, eBay or Fanatics. All trademarks belong to their owners.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be emailed to members. Using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico and the United States.
